OBC, DC/DC test system
With the development of electric vehicles in recent years, electric vehicle OBC & DCDC are moving towards digital deep integration. Small size, light weight, high power density, and all-in-one have become development trends. Combined with the categories of OBC products on the market, in terms of power level, there are single-phase products of 3.3kW and 6.6kW, and three-phase products of 11kW, 22kW and higher power; in terms of product integration, there are OBC & DCDC two-in-one, OBC & DCDC & PDU three-in-one and more integrated all-in-one products; in terms of functions, they have charging and discharging functions, V2G functions, V2L functions, and V2V functions. The above products have high requirements for product testing efficiency and testing performance.
Relying on years of accumulation of power electronics technology and experience in automated testing systems, Kewell has launched the OBC&DCDC testing system. The system is based on national standards and relies on AC feedback source load systems, high-voltage feedback DC source load systems, low-voltage feedback DC source load systems and other equipment, supplemented by flexible configuration and simple operation of the automatic testing system, to provide a complete solution for electric vehicle OBC&DCDC testing.
