● The real-time simulation system includes general IO modules: analog signal output and acquisition, digital signal output and acquisition, CAN bus signal simulation, fault injection function diagnosis test;
● Including battery cell simulation unit, programmable high-voltage power supply, distribution box BOB, edge resistance simulation module and battery module temperature simulation module;
● The insulation resistance simulation module is mainly used to simulate the insulation state value of the battery pack for BCU collection; The battery cell simulation unit and the battery module temperature simulation module jointly simulate the battery cell output voltage signal and temperature signal in conjunction with the battery simulation model;
● Programmable high-voltage power supply simulates the total voltage of the battery pack and the pre-charge voltage signal.
