HIL Test Engineer (Chassis)
Job Responsibilities
1) Analyze and review the test requirements for the controller system under test;
2) Design HIL test plans and set up and debug the test bench according to the system functional specifications (including hardware interfaces and communication interfaces, etc.); 3) Design test specifications, write test cases, execute tests, and resolve issues based on testing requirements; 4) Design test interfaces, execute test cases, complete open-loop/closed-loop controller testing, analyze test results, and prepare and release test reports; 4) Implement test automation and improve efficiency (including development of test scripts).
5) Optimize the testing process, review and summarize issues that have been missed;
6) Have an in-depth understanding of the working principles, design concepts, and debugging procedures of intelligent chassis control systems (such as air suspension, CDC, EMB, and SBW). 7) Prepare proposals for related integration projects based on Carmaker/NI products.
Job Requirements
1) Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Automation/Vehicle Engineering/Computer Science/Automotive Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Control Engineering/Communication Engineering, etc.;
2) Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink and capable of using them to build simulation models; familiar with M-language and Python, and able to write test scripts using these languages.
3) Work experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of the hardware and software principles underlying automotive electronic control systems; 4) Familiarity with one HIL testing system, such as Carmaker, NI, dSPACE, ETAS Labcar, or Vector.
4) 1–3 years of HIL testing experience, with at least one completed controller testing project (e.g., ECUNCU, BMS, MCU, etc.);
5) Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C++/Matlab M-script/Simulink model/Python/LabVIEW, etc.;
6) Familiar with vehicle CAN bus; proficient in using CAN bus testing, data acquisition, and analysis tools such as CANoe; skilled in CAPL programming methods; and equipped with automated testing mindset.
7) Priority will be given to those who understand motor servo control.
8) Able to adapt to certain short-term business trips.
9) Strong communication skills and self-learning ability, with a high sense of responsibility and a spirit of teamwork.
