Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the electrical design of non-standard equipment (HIL type), including drawing circuit schematics and selecting electrical components (such as PLCs, servo motors, sensors, frequency converters, various 10-card modules, bus tools, etc.).

2. Design the layout of the electrical control cabinet, prepare electrical wiring diagrams and terminal diagrams, and ensure compliance with EMC standards and safety regulations.

3. Work with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical and mechanical structures, and provide guidance on on-site wiring, equipment power-up debugging, and parameter optimization.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults encountered during commissioning to ensure stable equipment operation. Participate in equipment integration testing and customer acceptance, and optimize the electrical control scheme based on feedback received.

5. Responsible for coordinating pre-sales technical solutions.

6. Prepare electrical technical documentation and provide technical support to the production and after-sales teams.

7. Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in equipment after-sales service, providing remote or on-site technical support, and assisting customers with equipment upgrades and modifications.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and its Automation, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Software Tools: Proficient in electrical design software; highly skilled in at least one PLC programming software.

3. Hardware Design: Familiar with low-voltage electrical system design, capable of independently selecting electrical components, and knowledgeable about motor drive principles.

4. At least 4.2 years of work experience—no inquiries from those who don’t meet this requirement!

P.S. Able to independently develop PLC programs (mainstream brands: Siemens) to implement simple logic control, motion control, and safety monitoring for equipment.
